Service Description: LIDAR tile index for the FEMA 2019 LIDAR Collection in New York state. This project is still in progress but some data has been released in Albany, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Lewis, Montgomery, Niagara, Oneida, Putnam, Schenectady and Westchester Counties.  Data is currently only available in LAZ (point cloud) format.  The "LAZ_Link" field contains a hyperlink to download the associated LAZ file from the USGS rockyweb server via HTTPS connection.  The GIS Program Office created this index to facilitate access to the data links, and does not manage the download server.
