Service Description: 1 meter hydro flattened bare earth Digital Elevation Model (DEM) ESRI Raster Image Service for the 2017 FEMA Fulton, Saratoga, Herkimer Franklin LIDAR Collection. LIDAR data was collected at a nominal pulse spacing (NPS) of 0.71 meter. Project specifications are based on the U.S. Geological Survey National Geospatial Program Base Lidar Specification, Version 1.2. The data was developed based on a horizontal projection/datum NAD83 (2011), State Plane New York East FIPS 3101, meters and vertical datum of NAVD88 (GEOID 12B), meters.
